You may have a manual at your side but it it is not always easy to follow and understand the written instructions.

This technical DVD makes knowing and understanding your overlocker easy. For students this is especially helpful.  There are so many tiny bits on an overlocker - how can all your students see you point to them and demonstrate?  Watching our clearly filmed DVD should be so helpful.

Produced in lesson format We have produced this DVD in a series of lessons with a FREE downloadable lesson pack to accompany them. Follow through the 6 Basic Lessons, learn the 5 Special Techniques, enjoy the 3 lessons on Decorative Stitches and much more. By the time you complete the lessons you will have a sample folder of Overlocker Stitches of your own for reference.
Although the DVD is lesson based, it may not be appropriate to make use of the DVD this way because of time restrictions.  However, the menu tucked inside the slick will show you all the techniques covered in the DVD so you can quickly navigate to the one you wish to show your students.
Ever wonder what all those feet, gadgets and accessories are all about? As a teacher, you are probably familiar with all these although sometimes you're thrown into a teaching position with little experience.  It's great to have a resource like this on hand for teachers new to fabric technology. Often when we purchase a machine like an overlocker we are left with accessories that  we never put to use, simply because we're unaware of how to use them or what they are for.  Not any more!  Our DVD will explain the different types of accessories usually included in your overlocker purchase, and the feet you may wish to invest in but don't know if they are what you need. Now you can make an informed decision about buying them.

Site Licence

This DVD set has been copyrighted for home use only. 

To use it in a classrom setting a site licence needs to be purchased.  The site licence fee is a one time fee of NZ$15. The basic Site Licence gives the purchaser the right to play their DVD set in one classroom.  Additional site licences may be purchased at a lesser rate if you are planning to buy multiple sets.  Please enquire about this option if you are planning to do that.

International Purchases

We ship worldwide and are happy to supply schools overseas with our DVD set so long as a Site Licence is purchased. 
The DVD is in PAL format but comes without regional restriction making them playable worldwide in any compatible DVD machine.  Most schools use computers to play their DVDs on and our DVDs play readily on any computer with up to date DVD software.
