Shipping Terms
Please allow 4-7 business days for order processing. Delivery time will vary between 4 and 14 days in New Zealand. For international orders, delivery time will also vary from between 7 and 21 days.
Returns/Cancellations
- Returns for defective or damaged merchandise are allowed within 14 days of your order.
- Please contact us by phone or email as soon as you notice any problem with your order. An exchange for the originally ordered item will be sent at no shipping charge with a return envelope or package.
